great location polite staff late kitchen small room clogged shower watered juice
The location is great. Public transport is nearby. Breakfast had a good variety. The staff were polite. The kitchen remains open late, so I could get food and drinks when I came back late!
The room was small. It needs some updating. The shower drain was clogged. It was like a school cafeteria. The juice tasted watered down!

decent location
convenient location helpful staff small room missing netflix
the location was really convenient. i found it easy to get around (even though i'm directionally challenged). the staff was also helpful when i had questions about local transport. the room was clean, which i always appreciate.
the room was a bit small for my liking. it felt a little cramped (especially with my luggage). the tv did not have netflix.

central location modern room helpful staff
The hotel is very close to the main transport hub, a big plus. the room was modern and clean. the breakfast had a good selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the staff were friendly and helpful .
i found the lack of a mini-fridge in the room to be a bit inconvenient. i would have liked to keep some drinks cold.

the room included a well-lit desk area and multiple power outlets for devices. the bathroom had a spacious shower with good water pressure. i liked the contemporary design.

breakfast service ran efficiently, with staff constantly replenishing items. the coffee machine provided a variety of options, from espresso to cappuccino. there were plenty of seats available, so it was easy to find a place.

many shops are near the hotel so it's easy to pick up snacks. the central location provides easy access to local attractions. several restaurants are a short walk away.

the reception staff offered clear directions to nearby attractions. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the tv remote.

small room missing kettle
The location was acceptable. It was near train stations.
The room I got was quite small. I also noticed there was no kettle. I thought that was odd since similar hotels usually have one.
